From the Tree View, you can ‘drag and drop’ a task onto another task in order to make the task a subtask of the parent task. This allows related tasks and Concurrent Efforts to be tracked more efficiently.

In order to restructure tasks you must select the 'My requests' filter from the Main Menu. (You may only restructure tasks that you requested.)

Dragging and Dropping: Tasks are reorganized by dragging and dropping nodes that represent them. Nodes are represented by yellow folders. To drag a node, position the mouse cursor over it, press the left mouse button and hold it down while moving the cursor to another node. Position the mouse cursor above another node, which will serve as a container node, or parent. Release the left mouse button. The node has been dropped.

If you would like to completely ungroup a task, then move it to the root node of the List View Tree using a drag and drop operation.
