TeamLeader lets you maintain contacts and attach contacts to a task. Manage contacts using the Contacts tab of the Collaboration Toolbox.

 

Users are allowed to modify/delete contacts as defined by the TeamLeader Administrator.

 

If the contact does not exist in your database they can be added. To add a contact, click on ‘New’. Fill in the fields as appropriate and press OK. You may search for Contacts using Search option. Contacts may be attached to a task using the Attachments menu.

Importing Contacts from MS Outlook:

 

It is suggested that Outlook is running at the time. To import your contacts from MS Outlook click ADD ONS > IMPORTING OUTLOOK CONTACTS. Outlook will prompt you that another application is attempting to access your email list, make sure that you allow this. A dialog box will appear, in the left pane is a list of contacts that are in Outlook, in the right pane is a list of contacts that are currently in TeamLeader. Select which contact you would like to import into TeamLeader and click the Import button.
