Calendar

 

TeamLeader provides an easy way to manage workloads from a schedule perspective. Two types of calendars are offered: Personal Calendar and Common Calendar. Both calendars allow you to add freeform memos with any date on the calendar by double-clicking on that date.

 

Personal Calendars are automatically updated with the Due Date of any tasks owned by the current user and/or meetings associated with the user.

You may view other team member calendars, but you may not modify other calendars. Select who’s calendar items you would like to display on the common calendar:

·      My Team – self, teammates and team members

·      Team Members – Your direct reports (delegates or subordinates)

·      Teammates – Other team members who report to your team leader. In other words, these are your peers.

·      Review - These are all accounts that have been designated as Review accounts by the administrator.

·      All Users – Be careful, as this may take a long time for large installations.
